An Illustrative Newsletter Service established for the entertainment and reading enjoyment of the individual who for whatever reason is away from home (i.e., military, incarceration, retirement and/or nursing home). Our purpose is to keep them abreast, advised and informed of  what's going on at home and to let them know they are thought of.

The Newsletter will include motivational and inspirational stories, articles, poems or quotes, riddles, jokes (appropriate) and brain teasers. There can also be articles on sports teams as well as updates on the family (if provided).

After subscribing to the Newsletter, send an email to joy@joyindesign.com providing the name of the individual, address to the facility and any other personal information desired (i.e.,sports teams liked, interest (this will help in seleting reading material), updates or highlights from the family (births, graduations, We Love You's, etc..

(FOR INCARCERATED INDIVIDUALS ONLY): A Paid Subscription will qualify the individual to receive a Complimentary Greeting Card (options available are:  Birthday, Thinking of You and/or Miss You) please specify in the email to joy@joyindesign.com which Card is preferred (if Birthday Card please provide birthdate).  

All cards are computer printed (Jails, Prisons and Correctional Institutions do not allow inmates to receive cards with embellishments or other materials that can be removed or rubbed off (i.e., glitter, gems, etc.) nor do they allow marker/colored pencils or paint.

For Individuals who are away from home in College, Military, Retirement and/or Nursing Home, or a friend/family member you'd like to keep in touch with. You can purchase a Greeting Card from the Shop at JoyInDesign.com and request that it be mailed to the individual. The receipients Name and Address should be put under "Shipping Address." After the purchase, send an email to joy@joyindesign.com with any other information (i.e., who the Greeting Card should be from and a sentiment (if not already provided in card). 

All Cards purchased from the Shop at JoyInDesign.com are handmade.
